Senior Branding & Corporate Communications Specialist (f/m/d) in Europe

 

to support the Deputy Head of Corporate Communications - Europe in managing the delivery and coordination of campaigns across Fujifilm entities – business divisions and departments – in EMEA, working closely with colleagues in different international markets. 

 

With the launch of a new Group Purpose and new integrated Corporate Branding campaign, we have a new requirement for an experienced communications and marketing professional. Experience in the Healthcare sector is a must, to manage and deliver significant branding and Corporate Communications projects for Fujifilm. 

About the role

  • Establish an annual Corporate Branding strategy and execution plan for the region.
  • Partner with pan-EMEA teams and markets to align, deliver and execute consistent Corporate Communications projects and initiatives, such as Women4Women and key projects aligned with the Human Resources department.
  • Develop working relationships and connections with leading business divisions, in particular the Healthcare (Medical Systems, Bio-CDMO, Life Sciences) side of the Fujifilm business.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of the EMEA Corporate Branding campaign, working alongside colleagues from other RHQ and Global HQ – while coordinating the work of associated advertising and media agencies.
  • Help lead and develop a new Group Purpose working group to instil an understanding and realization of ‘Giving Our World More Smiles’ (Fujifilm’s new Group Purpose), for the benefit of all teams and markets across the region.
  • Develop a process for managing and monitoring adherence to Corporate Brand Guidelines to ensure cross-divisional and functional understanding of the need for brand consistency and alignment.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Corporate PR and media activities for EMEA region, such as investment announcements and key stakeholder visits.
  • Plan and sustain internal communications activities in support of key Corporate Branding and Corporate Communications projects.
  • Work with the wider team to prepare monitoring and measuring tools to assess effectiveness of Corporate Branding and Corporate Communications projects.
  • Line management of Junior International Communication Specialist.

Qualifications

Key competencies

 

Required:

  • At least 8+ years’ experience in the Communications, Marketing or Branding profession, with at least 5 years of experience working at a Managerial level.
  • Experience in a Communications, Marketing and Branding roles for an organisation in the Healthcare sector.
  • Proven commitment to learning and development of Marketing and Communications skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a networked international business.
  • Excellent English with strong communications and marketing skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and execute communications and marketing plans.
  • Proven ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in managing people and a network of external agencies.
  • Creative thinking and sound judgement.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

 Desired:

  • Educated at degree level.
  • The ability to communicate and work in a range of different languages is a bonus.
