European Sales and Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

The sales and marketing manager’s job responsibilities include developing marketing opportunities & sales strategies, combining team work with strong sales focus. The job involves traveling  within EU (2/3 traveling, 1/3 (home)-office).

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives.
• Prepares and completes marketing,  branding- and (distribution-) channel action plan.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for countries and regions.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating positioning, promotion and sales campaigns.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer and market requirements.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing

• Ability to work under pressure                                                                           

• Knowledgeable in radiography technology and it’s industrial applications

• Strong closing skills

• Ability to present multiple product lines and Non Destructive Testing total solutions (both in hardware, software and organizational propositions).

• Pro-active and good listener

• Great written and verbal communication skills in German, English and preferably also French

• Attention to detail

• Willingness to travel

• Superior organizational and time management skills
